Amber Road, the world’s first travel partnership company are today delighted to announce our partnership with Railguard, winner of GTMC’s innovation award.

Due to continuing changes in legislation by the Department for Transport Railguard allows travellers to claim compensation on all UK train operating companies if their train is delayed and full compensation in the case of a cancellation, having the potential to save clients up to £600 per traveller per year.

Railguard will be available to Amber Road clients across a wide range of industry sectors and sizes, including professional services, manufacturing and engineering, retail, meditech and technical services.

The service joins a host of technological advances Amber Road has made in the past 12 months including the introduction of Travelport as their GDS and the inclusion of NDC fares in online booking tool PLANNET.
